Project Description : Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies offer significant opportunities to improve HR processes, such as personal service transactions, recruiting and talent acquisition, payroll, reporting, and access to policies and customs. We live in an era where AI capabilities are reaching new heights and having a profound impact on how businesses operate. HR managers believe that integrating artificial intelligence into HR management processes will benefit and improve the overall employee experience. This will save more energy, more time and money, and more accurate information about employee management. People and machine learning are working together to produce an increasing amount of HR data in the cloud, and AI analytics can provide better insight into management and operations. An organization's success depends on the ability and skill to combine people, processes and technology to produce transformative value at optimal cost. AI helps automate many back-office tasks for reliable HR transactions and service delivery. This research focuses on AI communication capabilities for HR communications and provides insight into intelligent automation through technology-agnostic chatbots. In addition to the new benefits of artificial intelligence, it shows how this new technology can be the best way to integrate and automate HR transactions in a secure way.
