The study titled “A Study on Customer Satisfaction Towards Online Shopping” aims to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction and the factors influencing consumer preferences in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector. With the increasing adoption of digital platforms, understanding customer satisfaction has become essential for online retailers to retain and expand their customer base.
Primary data was collected from 100 respondents through a structured questionnaire survey consisting of questions related to website usability, product quality, delivery speed, payment security, pricing, and after-sales service. Respondents represented various age groups, income levels, and educational backgrounds.
