Consumer awareness refers to the understanding and knowledge that consumers have about their rights, responsibilities, and the products or services they purchase. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of consumer awareness among individuals regarding product quality, pricing, advertisements, consumer rights, and redressal mechanisms.
The study was conducted using primary data collected through a structured questionnaire survey of 100 respondents from different age groups, occupations, and income levels in “City”. The responses were analyzed to understand the extent of awareness about consumer rights
