To remain competitive, the corporate marketing strategy must attempt to create and maintain satisfied customers. This is only achievable if the firm offers value to the customer's perception. The customer should view this value to be significantly higher than that of the firm's competitors. When this occurs, the firm receives a premium for its product and emerges as the market leader.
This holds true for all goods. Even though it is more visible in industrial products, such as customer training, updating technology at a low cost to the customer, on-site service to ensure zero downtime in the customer's manufacturing facilities, and so on, value is perceived in consumer goods as well.
In the study, I am attempting to investigate the Customer Satisfaction of Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers. |
