Getting run time error - 339

Hi,
I am new to VB environment.
When I try to run the app , I am getting the followin exception
and app is exiting after that.
I will really appreciate any help to resolve this error.
Component "CRYSTL32.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correct
ly registered: a file is missing or invalid
I have installed Crystal report viewer but I am not sure what e
lse I need!

Install Crystal Report 7 or 8 or 8.5
before run the program.
Download crystal report runtime from
