Problem in accessing Webservices created in Asp.net 2.0

I had created one Webservices in Asp.net 2.0 on my computer, i
also deployed it in our intranet Server , my problem is, I am n
ot able to invoke that Webservices from other computer connecte
d in intranet.
Anyone please suggest me some method to invoke that webservice
from other computer.
Is it required to make any change when creating webservices or
should i give any attribute.

First of all, tell me whether you have internet connections. Y
ou should have internet connection to activate the web services
.
