eBilling and Invoice System - Issues

Hi,
I'm facing some issues, Whenever I click some button I got foll
owing errors
1)Compile error - Can't find project or library
2)It takes me to the following code
layRecord () function in FrmProducts Form
Please let me know, If i missed something.
