PROBLEM IN EBILLING AND INVOICE PROJECT...PLS HELP..ITS URGENT

Hi,
I have downloaded the application but in the .exe file the
bill part and reports part are not running at all ....!! please
tell me wat to do..?? Its urgent..pls help.

It is in continuation to the above text.....Actually the proble
m is when I want to generat "bill or Reports" then error messag
e
"Run-time error'339'.Component'CRYSTL32.OCX'or one of dependen
cies not corretly registered:a file is missing or invalid" came
and program ends.
pls help me ...its really very--very--URGENT
