This aspect referred to as the Quality of Work life has thus been thought to be a major responsibility of an organization. But there are various factors that are inherent to the employee over which the organization has little or no control. One among such factors is the person’s ability to handle emotions. This ability known as Emotional intelligence has been known to be a very significant factor in success in both professional and family life. There exists a doubt about the influence that a person’s EI and Work Life Balance in job stress. A study to explore the relationship between Job Stress with EI and QOWL and the strength of the relation is therefore the need of the hour. |
